If you feel that your eating is out of control what can you do to change your pattern of eating?

Here are 5 actions you can take to start you off.

  1. Eat three meals a day.
  2. Eat at regular meal times ( if possible).
  3. Cut out snacks
  4. Fill up on fruit and vegetables
  5. Drink water before meals
